Pak Army Major embraced martyrdom in fight against COVID-19

Rawalpindi - Pakistan Army official Major Muhammad Asghar grasped suffering in the line of obligation at the Torkham outskirt in battle against COVID-19, ISPR announced. 

Significant Muhammad Asghar reached the infection while playing out the obligation of screening the individuals at Torkham outskirt.

In his message at the twitter, Director General (DG) Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), Major General Babar Iftikhar said that Major Muhammad Asghar laid his life in the line of obligation at Torkham outskirt in battle against COVID-19.

He said that Major Muhammad Asghar was moved to Combined Military Hospital (CMH) Peshawar with breathing issues and was put on ventilator yet surrendered to coronavirus.

"There is no reason greater than serving the Nation. #OurMartyrsOurHeroes", DG ISPR said.
