Islamabad: The Islamabad High Court (IHC) will take up an appeal against the arrangement of Shehzad Akbar as consultant to Prime Minister on responsibility on Tuesday.
Boss Justice Athar Minallah will hear the appeal which has beenfiled by Syed Pervaiz Zahoor Advocate.
PM Imran Khan, National Accountability Bureau (NAB) director, the guide and Cabinet Division have been made respondents.
The solicitor said that a notice with respect to the arrangement was again given on July 22 while Supreme Court's Justice Qazi Faez Isa had likewise brought up issues over Akbar's arrangement.
The appeal further expresses the responsibility counsel was utilizing political impact for the arrangement.
The candidate has requested that the court pronounce the arrangement of Akbar invalid and void.
