Karachi: Heavy spell of downpour destroyed devastation in parts of nation chiefly Karachi causing immersed low lying zones, power blackouts and gridlocks.

The met dept said that another spell of downpour is normal in Punjab's capital Lahore also with notice that there is a risk of urban flooding once more.
