Karachi: On the event of Defense and Martyrs Day, Chief of Naval Staff Admiral Zafar Mehmood Abbasi said in his message that sixth September is a radiant part in our history 

at the point when our foe committed the error to test the unstoppable soul and courageous confidence of the Pakistani Nation and its Armed Forces. 

The Chief of the Naval Staff said that the day helps us to remember the preeminent public solidarity, unstoppable soul and model bravery of the Pakistani Nation and its Armed Forces. 

The message read: "On this day, our nation face hostility from our past enemy and saw its kin and the military stand side by side in the protection of their homeland. It resonates demonstrations of valiance and penances of our Shuhada and Ghazis who were unfazed by the size of the adversary and thwarted its detestable structures with coarseness, boldness and honor." 

"Pakistani country praises this day with adoration to recognize penances of its brave and versatile warriors, mariners, and pilots who safeguarded the philosophical and geological outskirts of their homeland", the announcement included. 

"Activity SOMNATH' wherein Pakistan Navy daringly assaulted and demolished Indian Radar Station at Dwarka, put the Indian Navy on edge, directly from the beginning of war. PN S/M Ghazi's uncontested strength in the Indian Ocean kept significant Indian Fleet tied up in harbors and Indian A/C Carrier far eliminated from the fight theater." 

Pakistan Navy, depended with the difficult obligation to watch nation's ocean outskirts, is completely proficient and arranged to give a befitting reaction to any misfortune by the adversary over the whole range of sea danger.
